I think I still have 17 year old expectations of raging parties, while my party goers grow closer to the top of the hill. The party was nice, but that's it.

Not really worth the time, effort, and money. I think I won't do it again.

Not actually feeling negative-just missing the highs of youth.

May be you all party so much together that everyone knows what to expect? IDK. Thanks for hosting it, though!

I learned when we threw our party a couple of things:

1. Hosting it really takes a lot out of it. You pour so much time, money and effort into it, and later think really? THAT was my five hundred dollar night?

2. Inviting everyone you know, creates division. In this case your college friends were on one end, your dragon friends were on the other, and you sort of get split up. People tend to leave earlier this way. Doesn't mean anything ....

3. It'll never live up to even your lowest expectations, so don't have any. Hope for the best that everyone enjoys themselves and realize that you are throwing it for your guests, not yourself.

So far the feedback I've seen has been pretty good, so that would say this was a success!
