!!!!! I am such a word geek. I really want to rave about how much I love the word tepid. I'll spare you my crazy word fascination though, and get right to the point...

'Kiss' was insanely erotic. This chapter made me want to jump around in anticipation. I don't know exactly what direction I expected this story to go after reading the first part, but this was a fucking great twist away from the typical vampire story.

Haha, I'm in love with the word "tepid" too. And I'm glad you found 'Kiss' erotic, that's what I was aiming for. I know the first chapter of 'Shadow Passions' is a bit...boring. And I kind of hate it for that. But every story needs to have that one first chapter that sets everything up--especially this one because a few of the characers are a bit OOC. But in the next chapter (which is done and shall be posted soon) kicks things up a notch. And I think you'll really like it.
