Day 7 - Your Pet Hates

Oh, where do I even begin! There are so many things that drive me completely insane!

• People with really poor grammar and punctuation. This probably bothers me a lot more than it ought to but there's just something about it that just drives me crazy.

For real, though, I am the same on most of these. I've never heard "most winningest" before but, uh....no. No.

The "most winningest" thing seems to pop up most often during UFC commentary. I think they mean that such and such has the most wins. I'm terrified of the day when they decide to turn winning into a comparative adjective, i.e. "he's more winninger than his opponent". That would be both tragic and hysterical.

And yes, damn you and your American pronunciation! =P

Oh, I guess it...sort of makes sense in that context? I mean can't they just say he has the most wins without making up words? I cringe for the day when "winninger" becomes a term, not least because it's kind of hard to say. XD
