If this is the best public University...blowing off steam

If this is the best public University, I really don't want to see the worst.  Helicopters have been circling the campus all day like vultures.  They are hoping for a dead body or two that they can put on the air tonight as the tree-sitting situation draws to an end

Yup, it would. My only option is to be able to explain in excruitiating detail why someone isn't qualified.
