I've come to expect the sirens at night

Some female on my floor has her alarm set to go at 11.....
11 PM!!!
and it just keeps trilling...ddddadddadddadddaddda... for and hour
This is the second night it has happened and the only logical explanation is that said female is out of town.
I have not been getting my allotted sexy sleep.
