I worked at Maccas for nearly a year and every half hour your supposed to go back outback and wash your hands with this anti-bacterial soap. But I never worked with food. I can't remember if you need gloves when you're making burgers but I know that when you're doing the deli stuff you wear gloves. Actually I think in Kal Maccas they were gloves when they make burgers too :s
I can't remember, lol.
You don't need gloves or a hair net/hat in the Caf'e but the people who work in Caf'e are generally cleaner and nicer people anyway.
I worked in Caf'e for a bit :p

I remember reading something about the meat cooking people wearing them to like protect their skin but I still cant believe its not a requirment for anyone handling food, thats insane
did people actually wash their hands every half hour? Cause I can't imagine everyone doing it. Personally I'd be washing them more than that cause I dont like having gross hands but I know some people who wouldnt care

Well, I'm not to sure about people out back cos the only time I went out there was one time when ever single dick head working out the back went off and did there own shit and I was waiting on food so I had to go do it myself. But I know when I was handling money I'd only wash them when they felt dirty, ha ha. Or if I'd been cleaning or something.
I had a dream last night that I was in Maccas and went out the back and everyone was wearing gloves and I was like to myself, oh I'll be able to tell Claire now. Ha ha, w t h, I'm moving in a week but I'm having dreams about Maccas :s
