I'm so glad everything turned out ok with that, it looked scary! The passangers after word said that it was the smoothest landing they had ever experienced! Imagine that!! LOL!!

LOL I thought for sure the plane would atleast swerve around or something but that pilot kept it right on the white line and other than the tires catching on fire.... it was a perfect landing. :)

My mum and I watched that live on CNN as it was happening and we were just on the edge of our seats and both let out a HUGE breath of air when the plane came to a safe stop on the runway. Man that was scary, I can't imagine how scared the passengers must have been. I would have cried, I have an intense fear of flying so I would have been shaking stepping off of that plane.

Terrific pilot though huh! The way he kept the nose up until the very end, my mum and I were just in awe of him!

Damn lj!!! It just ate my reply to you. But yeah.... I was in awe too of the pilot. It was amazing the control he had over that plane and how he landed it just the way he wanted. Perfect!!!
