So for the first time a very long time, I ate 95 percent raw!

And if you think eating bad food makes you feel yucky, eating healthy food AFTER eating bad food makes it worse.

I'm so light-headed and dizzy, but that's just the detox until my body gets used to eating good again. I've been through this before!

Yes, organic is expensive, but you can definitely find sales and bargains. I've noticed a lot of things have come down in price (like the raw salmon for instance).

The thing is, you pay now, and don't have to pay the doctors in the long run. I have a minor success story I'll share with you someday, and I attribute it to how I eat because I certainly had a lot of stress in my life.

Non-organic food isn't good for you because of all the chemicals/pesticides, obviously. The thing about eating raw is that you get all the enzymes from food before it's cooked/processed, therefore giving you more energy; no bloating; better digestion.

You don't have to eat 100 percent raw, but as much as possible. I wouldn't eat raw pork though. Stick with the fish and the eggs.

Hope this helps :)
