nineteen
So I've been really pissed at jorin lately, he keeps blowing me off to chill with his friend Robert and on Friday I finally just snapped. Boogle just got back in town after being gone for a long ass time and I'd been texting with jorin all day while I worked. He had told me he was working at CVS at the moment but he needed to see me and talk to me that night and by around five I sent him a text that I was bringing boogle because she wanted to see him. He decided not to answer that one, I figured maybe when we were talking earlier he'd been on break and maybe now he was working again, so I didn't sweat it.
Joe called me around eight looking for jorin, because I'm his fucking keeper, and I let him know where he was working. He went into CVS, bumped into Micheal James, and found out that oh! jorin doesn't start work yet and he's been skrilling with Robert all day. That only kind of pissed me off, I mean, I had work so it wasn't like I was going to see him but at the same time he still lied to me. I decided not to call him out on it because he'd probably be over at Micheal James by ten thirty when he would've gotten off if he'd been working. So boogle and I entertain ourselves by driving around and going to dollar stores and the salvation army then head over to see him.
Well, surprise surprise he isn't there. Toby told me that he wasn't spending the night over there either so we went back to boogles house and I called him. He answered and it turned out he was out dancing at Numbers with Robert. I just started yelling at him and about how he's always blowing me off and how he doesn't respect me at all and that he's being a shitty friend to boogle and that I just wasn't going to call him anymore or show up at Micheal James anymore either and he could just call me whenever he wanted to fuck because that's all he's good for. When I hung up, I felt so shitty about yelling at him that I threw up.
He called me the next morning and apologized for blowing me off and said he'd had plans to go dancing with Robert for a week and well... just didn't like boogle. He asked me if I was still mad and I told him it didn't really matter. I guess he felt kind of threatened because then he got all defensive and started saying that he wasn't obligated to make me his first choice in who he hangs out with and all the other stuff I was scared he would say so I just told him not to sweat it and he invited me to come over later.
I showed up at micheal james's, we played guitar hero then watched VH1 Classic and he started trying to cuddle with me but we didn't talk about our arguement at all. He started kissing my shoulder and then Cedric showed up so I hung out with both of them then left with Cedric and played Halo at my house.
Sunday was Micheal James's birthday so I went to that, Jorin was late because he was actually working that day and boogle had a meeting for a forgien exchange trip she's going on in a week so I just chilled with Alex and Micheal James. It was a lot of fun, they had a pool party and one of Toby's friends brought an inflatable queen size matress that we played king of the mountain on. Kelsey and Micheal Denning and his girlfriend Katrina showed up, then Jorin came and then I had to leave to pick up Boogle and by the time I got back, Jared, Peter, Matt, Liz and Nick were all over so that was cool.
The party ended around eight and so it was just me, jorin, boogle, micheal james, alex, and another kid john who showed up a bit later chilling out on the balcony and smoking cigarettes. Cedric came by at around nine when his shift was over, we all laughed at his goofy ass outfit (he looked like a stoned cowboy) and then I got a text from TJ who was supposed to hook me up with some skrill the night before but had blown me off. He told me that if I went to his house at around nine or ten then he'd give me some for free.
Well, there was no way that I would've gone on my own because he would seriously fucking rape me. I don't mean that in a 'oh my ex still likes me but he's icky' kind of way. He seriously would've done something and he sent me text messages telling me so. So, Everyone piled into three cars and we all headed out to TJ's house. When we got there, he opened the door and saw just me and was grinning and pulled me in, then Jorin stepped up really fast and reached for his arm and TJ saw all my friends standing out on his porch and let go of me really fast. He told them to wait outside and that we would both go get the skrill but Cedric and Jorin both came inside anyways so everyone else followed them.
We got in and out in a hurry because TJ was so pissed off that I brought a group of guys and a boogle with me. After that, I dropped boogle off and we all went back to Micheal James house. At first it was only me, Jorin, and John who were going to skrill but then none of us had pipes or rolling paper, so Jorin called up his ex girlfriend to come over and then was like "Well, I might as well invite robert too" so he called that guy up as well.
I really didn't mind Robert being there, he's actually really cool when you talk to him, I just don't like it when Jorin constantly blows me off for him. It was Claudia that I didn't want to come over because, three high guys plus one guys ex girlfriend equals bad fucking news. But, there was no way for me to smoke the skrill without her there to roll so I just shut my fucking mouth and let her come over, it's not like I had any say in anything... it was only my fucking pot and everything.
So we smoked five joints and I was feeling fucking good and I look over, and claudia is running her hand up and down johns thigh. I didn't say anything about it because I don't care and if Jorin knew, he'd probably be upset.
Robert tried to make a bong, failed, then left and then we were all really fucking hungry so Claudia and john voted that Jorin and I had to go buy snacks. There was no way that I was going to drive high so We walked to the nearest gas station to pick up two bags of chips. While we were walking jorin started asking if I was still mad at him and that he needed to know because he valued my friendship and a bunch of other crap. I told him to really not worry about it but that I didn't want him to take advantage of the fact that I was forgiving him so easily. I asked him if he was all right and he just shook his head and said he was in a bad place and that he shouldn't have had Claudia over. I rubbed his back a little because I felt bad but he shrugged me off. I know it probably doesn't sound like it, but I'm not a very touchy person, I don't like physical contact unless its sexual and he knows this, so it's kind of a big deal that I'll make a gesture and it hurt when he just denied it. I remember Amerita told me that Jorin still really liked Claudia a lot and I guess it's true... kind of an ego bruiser on my part.
When we got back, John was lying in Claudia's lap and she was petting his hair while they watched Futurama and were giggling insanely. We lit up twice more then went inside and ate the bags of chips in about two seconds. When the high was wearing off, Jorin asked me to go smoke a cigarette with him so we went onto the balcony, he had his CD player with him and we just sat there quietly and he offered me an ear and we listened to an entire Smashing Pumpkins CD before we went in, neither of us said anything, we just smoked and listened.
Claudia and John stayed all wrapped up in eachother for the rest of the night until she left at around three. When we were trying to find places to sleep, I was shit out of luck, so I figured I'd just sleep on the couch with Jorin like I did last time there wasn't room for me. At first he moved over and let me lie down with him and put an arm around me but then he woke up at about eight in the morning and moved to sleep on the floor until everyone was up at one.
I asked him if he was still upset when we were all up and he just looked at me and asked "what are you talking about?" When john had to leave, he pulled him aside and yelled at him for getting so close to his ex girlfriend. I had Cedric come and get me after that. When I was about to leave, Jorin stopped me and asked if I was all right and I just said "What are you talking about?" and left.
