That's the thing. No one can fix others' problems. As much as it hurts to see people you love suffering, no one can truly help them but themselves.

I think deep down, everyone has the same insecurities. That's why cliques and put downs exist. Everyone wants to feel like they belong somewhere. No one wants to feel like they're the outcast, even though being an outcast is probably much better for the soul.

but supporting other peoples insecurities, by laughing when they put people down.. that only perpetuates the problem.. it conceivably could end.. and it would have to stat with everyone aware of the impacts..
