i don't know what i did in my sleep, but now i can't move my head anywhere near the left. or my neck will scream out and cause great amounts of pain and discomfort for the rest of my body.

Try alternating ice and heat at 20 minute intervals and periodic gentle stretching. :) Hope that helps
