My dad sent me an e-mail about part time work at Rexall Place (our...I dunno, coliseum thing). It sounds like it'd be security stuff, like watching doors and escorting people out. They're looking for people to help during special events (hockey, concerts, K-Days, whatnot). They pay $9.50 an hour

i used to ALWAYS have a second job. I waitressed for extra money early in my career...and I loved it. I am an extrovert, so i was pretty good at it--and I loved going home with CASHHHHHHH.

i have a friend who did the exact job you are talking about. She worked a really good job downtown 9-5 and then worked at the Pepsi Center for Avalanche games, concerts, Nuggets games...all of it. She was pretty enthusiastic about the job, and it seemed to have enough perks to keep her in the job for quite a while.

Go for it! The security folks never seem to work too hard at arenas. Plus, free admission to great events. :)

Hey, I know we haven't gotten along in the past (the whole Kirby thing) but I was wondering if you'd be at all interested in playing the All-Stars season in Online Survivor? We're short five players so I'd be forever thankful. :P
