Anyone have a tried and true fruit dip recipe they can share? You know, that white, to die for kind? I think it's regional, you don't see it show up too often here in the PNW, but when you do, mmmmm
12 oz. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 7 oz. marshmallow creme 1 c. sour cream 2 t vanilla extract 2 t almond extract 1 t cinnamon
In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese until soft and smooth. Add the powdered sugar and beat until well blended. Add the sour cream and the rest of the ingredients. Blend just until well combined. Cover and chill several hours before serving. Serve with your favorite fruit, such as bananas, strawberries, cherries, honeydew melon, canteloupe, grapes, pineapple chunks, and apples.
Mine has cream cheese (used to use the rice based stuff and my friends actually like that better, lol!), powdered sugar, vanilla, and a bit of cool whip.
