clearly JPMorgan has affiliates agents. Except if those affiliates agents are non-possessive, I don't get how they're both plural.

How does the self adhesiveness of the stamps relate to the bank's ability to use commas?

I considered the "affiliates' agents" possibility, but rejected it because it seemed unlikely that they would want their own affiliates and their own agents to be excluded!

So if you had the kind of stamp that needs to be moistened in order to stick the envelope, you'd have to agree to the new terms? I am deeply confused.

To be pedantic, I think that clause is missing a pair of commas and a pair of "its", which would clarify the parallel structure of the associations. Certainly a reasonable customer would object to the transfer of "any information…to…[any] information providers", as that would mean to anyone or anything in the universe. Of course, maybe they do mean that.

Luckily, these days we have nifty postage stamps that don't even require licking!

Self-adhesive stamps became my new best friend. Well, close enough. :-)
