General SPN S3 Stuff
Overall, I'm impressed with the season so far. At least, I'm impresses with E02 and E03 -- I thought the premiere was pretty lame and actually worried I'd lost interest in the show. Tonight's episode had me giggling in places ".... I lost my shoe..." and being freaked the fuck out in others (the guy getting skewered, need I say more?), which was really, really awesome.
I think the show is creepier this year than last, maybe. So far, two of the three episodes they've aired have genuinely given me the creeps at least once in the episode (The Kids Are Alright did so multiple times). There were only two episodes total in S1 (Home and Nightmare) that freaked me out, and none in S2, so they're off to a good start.
I never noticed the Kripke Entertainment logo before this season. Was it there last season? *isn't sure*
So basically: despite being really, really worried after S3x01 aired, I've releaned my love for the show, and I think they're off to a fabulous start. I wasn't crazy about Bela -- possibly a good character, not a great actress, but I think Ruby is really fucking awesome.
I'm really, really tired, actually, though, so I should get some sleep.
