[No-ah Really doesn't approve much of this holiday, for his own reasons. And as such, anybody out and about can see No-ah sitting in the middle of town...reading. And if you happen to look interesting enough, he will probably just be watching you from his bench. (Just don't slip. He's tired of saving people =\)
