I can't believe the craziness that has happened etc. i have never really felt the way i have been feeling lately and i am so confused still as to what's going on with me?! am i just finding out my true self? how cliched?!? anyway things have settled down a bit i guess so i can more or less sit with it and realize

You need a totem. Something you can carry with you, a little icon of some sort that means something to you and when you feel unsure just hold it or think about it and draw strength from it.
