Fiona Apple's new album has been shelved by Sony Records for about two years now because they feel it doesn't have a "commercial single."

Well I just got the entire album and it is AMAZING.

you can't. there is no set release date because sony records are a bunch of assholes and won't release it. the only way to listen to it is to download it.
