(I am a bit confused as to when you will be at home the first month, if you go weekly Friday to Thursday?)

I will go there evey week M-TH for a month, and then work from home every 2 weeks.

First month, every week M-Th. After that, every other week M-Th. Does that about cover it?

And congrats. Do enjoy the frequent flier miles. I suspect your desired trip to Central America will be easier to achieve than you'd thought. ;)

It would be nice if all jobs were local, but I kind of like being the fly-in national expert. And the FF points are a helpful reward.

Congratulations -- that's a lot of flying, but it's worth it to get out of a bad job situation.
