Didn't get to sleep last night til extremely late. For a while I couldn't sleep so I took a leaf from Erik's book and just worked out(listening to Loud and Proud of coarse). But this morning I didnt get up until literally 10 minutes before I was supposed to pick up Ally. Not fun. That was probably the fastest shower I have taken in months. But
