I'm pretty sure they make eyebrow dye now, prolly to cut down on the stupid people using regular dye to do their brows and risking going blind because of it. Though I've seen people use normal dye for it and if they're careful (and using a thick creme base), it's worked. I've never done it because I don't mind having black brows and lighter hair. I know it's not natural so why try to make it look like it is? XD
