I gotta jump in here...let me clarify if I may (he says adjusting his invisible glasses)

We are buying a lovely house as a home base and we will both be able to travel back and forth from tour to home so it won't have to be all about tour life anymore.

The way Chris said it, it sounds like I bought a house and I am ditching her to fix it up while I live the life of Riley on tour. That is definitely not the plan.
