Zelo/Luhan | G | 469 | Luhan is BAP's 7th member and he's in charge of waking Junhong up
“딸기야.”
Junhong stirs in his sleep and mumbles some incoherent things. Seeing the magnae like that, Luhan couldn’t do anything but sigh. He sits beside the younger and shakes him slightly.
“딸기야, wake up.”
Junhong lets out a whine and pulls his blanket until it covers his head fully. “Five more minutes hyung.”
Luhan finds himself furrowing his eyebrows and shakes his head. It was what you said ten minutes ago, he wanted to say but opted not to. He had known that the youngest is always like that, trying to find any reason just to get more time to rest. I’m still growing and I need a lot of sleep to catch on if I want to grow nicely he would always say as an excuse when Yongguk scold him for not being punctual for their morning practices (which is caused by him waking up late almost every single day).
He looks at the clock and does a quick math. They only get 30 minutes until the practice starts. He could practically imagine Daehyun barging into the room, pulling the blanket out of Junhong’s reach and shaking him until he got up from the bed; just like he always does every single day. But he won’t let it happen anymore, or at least just for today. And he knew how to do it best.
Luhan leans closer to Junhong’s ear (or at least where he thinks his ear is) and whispers, “if you don’t get up now hyung won’t hug you for the whole day.”
To say that he was thankful for his fast reflex was an understatement, because he knew that if he was late for a split second, his nose would’ve gotten hit by Junhong’s forehead when he got up so suddenly. “Hyung!” he whines. Luhan blinks innocently and gives a simple smile while the younger huffs in response.
“I’m up now, where is my hug?”
The older tilts his head and spreads his arms, Junhong leaning in to hug him right after. “You should be thankful that I love you hyung, or else I’d hit you for threatening me like that.”
“You wouldn’t dare, Junhong-ah.”
“Oh I would,” he smirks and pushes the older onto the bed, hovering on top of him. “But instead of hitting you, I’d prefer to do something else…”
Junhong was lowering himself to kiss the older when suddenly the door to his bedroom got opened with a loud bang.
“Choi Junhong! Luhan hyung! Hurry up! We’re gonna be la- am I interrupting something?”
Twenty minutes later Junhong could be found sitting in the corner of the practice room, facing the wall, as a punishment for throwing his pillow to Daehyun’s face (forgetting that the night before he had put his phone inside the pillow case as an alarm).
딸기(ttalgi) = strawberry
Xiumin/Luhan | G | 278 | Luhan is a deer
Luhan. Lu han.
Xiao lu.
Little deer.
Somehow the name fits him so well, always prancing lively from one place to the other, and always surrounded by group of friends. And, not to mention, beautiful.
Minseok smiles lightly as he sees his friend prances along the room, talking to one friend and then another. Just like a deer, he can’t seem to be alone for a mere minute. The now silver-haired guy is always surrounded by groups of friends. It’s just how it is, how he is. And the fact lures him in without him knowing.
He wants to be closer, needs to be closer to him.
“Minseok-ah?” he snapped back to the reality, blinking away the daydream from inside his mind. He looks up to find Luhan already standing right in front of his face without him realizing, a cute smile on his face. “Having deep thought?”
Minseok blinks again before his espression breaks into a smile. He feels stupid somehow. “No,” he leans back onto his chair and scratches the back of his head. The barely younger guy keeps staring at him as though asking ‘why’ and he’s left speechless. He couldn’t say ‘I’m thinking about you’ right?
“Just daydreaming,” he opted to say instead.
Luhan’s lips formed a perfect ‘O’ as the information went into his head, nodding right after. Maybe Minseok was just imagining it, but somehow someway the other’s expression looked like it was faltering even just for a tiny little bit. “Okay then,” Minseok was about to reach for his arm to keep him by his side but he had already walked away.
He really is just like a deer.
inspired by one of the poems we studied in class in which deer means someone who is hard to catch (a.k.a minseok is in love with luhan but can't catch him)
