Mark recommends putting litter boxes in different rooms - kitchen, living room, enclosed porch - and keeping any doors closed that you can. If you actually catch her in the act, pick her up and immediately put her in a litter box. Also, praise her and give her affection anytime you see her pee in the litter box (after she's done, obviously.)
Of course she might have an illness or something that would cause her to pee in different places - a vet check-up could answer some questions.
