I took a cue from a recipe for chicken chilli and made something I would actually eat. I hate chicken. I used mushrooms

I love mushrooms. I've been sauteing them in olive oil with onions and bits of tofu and putting that on bagels in the morning. It's like a "scrambled egg on toast" type of thing.
