I am so sorry to hear that my dear... You have every right to be scared and confused. My dad has health issues, which he partly passed to me and they required a CAT scan, so I can safely say that it's less scary than it seems... Take a deep breath, I hope for the very best.

Agreed, it's not the best feeling in the world but, honestly, it's all in the head! Think about it as a way to find out more about your kidney which will lead to a better diagnosis and a cure!
