You know, no matter how crappy the cops are in your town, I'm guessing it's still a better place to go for protection than a LJ user. Most of the people here are complete cowards to begin with. Just read how they react to a verbal assault with tears and poetry when telling you about the newest hurt feeling IRL but then they go off verbally if you insult them online. It shows they differentiate depending on whether or not they will have to back it up. Even if the person you whine to lives next door I'm thinking you wouldn't get much assistance from reporting the infraction on LJ.

But I agree, cops are rarely any help. This is why we have guns and defense attorneys.

hmmm. leave it to you to discover the new strain of herpes. would you like some randomness? i'm sitting here in my lacy bra (ivory) and a black skirt with high heels. oddly enough i have had this skirt since 8th grade, and though it's a little bit smaller.. it still fits. see. i am fat. and thank you for not ignoring me for that. and no, i've not lost my mind. i'm putting together an outfit for the shriner's dance next friday. :)

heehee. well i don't think they will be driving the go carts on the inside. and i bought my ticket today from my co worker.. she's in the golden circle (okay sorta like the sister counter part to the shriners). and yes she is 65 but i love this woman like family. according to her it will all age groups. all i know is that they can't serve me alcohol, well maybe on the down low, and i haven't been anywhere since i was a natural blonde... so i figured why not go support my co worker and a former co worker that is being honored. i'm expecting to have fun. and i am now wearing a sweatshirt and pajama pants. and socks for an added change. :) i would love for you to visit! you know where the shcool is.

Okay, I think I got confused around the natural blonde part of this. I'm going to need pictures of this phenomenon. Please make sure you are wearing clothes in the pictures though. I'm not one of your sexually deviant alumni. :)

Maybe once I get my license reinstated I can make the trip. I think it's only 1 1/2 hours from me. Plus, it's on teh way to the beach sorta, yeah? Not a direct line but the right direction.

Almost an aside: Some folks use LJ as a free therapist of sorts. I do from time-to-time. Sometimes I actually gain some insight from the process. I never developed the practice of keeping a diary when younger (wish I had) so I also find that aspect enlightening - for me - even if it's boring for others. [grin]
