OOC: How do you do it?

Hey all!

I'm having trouble keeping track of what the various incarnations of my character has said to various incarnations of other characters. How do you guys keep track of it all? Or am I just a crazy scatterbrained nut with a bad memory?

I usually rely on Memories.

I save everything in memories, but it's 500+ now. Hard search through!

I organize mine....usually by topic...but I started to have to do that to keep things straight XD

Tagging, Gmail's message labels (I save all of my notifs and group them into folders in Gmail based on character), and Memories. Also: I try to make sure it's plausible for one incarnation to talk to another character.

I've wondered for a long time if it's ok to tag on SWS. I'd like to tag all my entries so I can find them easily, and it'd be nice if everyone could do that; I'd make finding relevant stuff easier!

The Mail idea is good. I've deleted all my old notifications, but I could start that.

Since it's rarely plausible for mine, I don't do that. I really need a canon character one of these days...

Memories and textpad/notepad. Usually just short phrases to serve as a gist of what the convo was about :)

I memory everything, but it's not very organized. The text pad is a good idea!
