First of all, when you do find a decent guy, you will not be able to measure your success or failure by their quality. Instead, you will have someone that, in either case, will be by your side to support you. Granted, with the right person it may make things easier, but certainly not determine who you are and what you do.

Try not to look at things as a waste of time. Look at all things as a lesson. Try to look back at these recent experiences and learn from them instead of just chalkin' them up to something bad. You may find yourself surprisingly happier.
