AN: This was originally posted to crack anon je fic meme, but the meme died in 2 days. I like to share what I write and I share because I want people to read it. I have no feel to keep my fic on a dead meme where noone cares. So I decide to post it here. The original plot is NOT MINE. But i posted it like 1 month ago but the meme was so dead even the person who came up with the plot didn't reply.
summary: 70 years passed, but JE is still holding concerts. Let's see how a JE Contdown concert looks like in 2061 with KAT-TUN and the bands still alive.
The arena was full with people during Johnny's Countdown 2061-2062. 99% girls to be exact and...more than half of them were above 70 years old. They even forced their children and grandchildren to come. They were faithful fans of the idol group KAT-TUN and other bands who still didn't stop their carrier, at the age of 80. News, Arashi, Kanjani8, SMAP unfortunately had to stop because of lack of members.
However the fans couldn't hold uchiwa's, if they did with what will they hold their dental not to fall out? This was one of the major problem on concerts. Whenever a fangirl (or rather fangrandma?) tried to scream and opened her mouth the dentures fell out.
Also, the other change was, the audience was not standing as usually, 50 years ago, they were sitting, but the mood was still overwhelming.
Unfortunately not everyone survived the concert and it was not due to KAT-TUN's changing of voice during the years, but the age.
They were prepared not leaving the concert alive but at least they could die happy, watching their prettyboy...pretty...oldman perform.
The six man slowly appeared on stage in the usual shiny outfits. Yes, six. About 45 years ago Akanishi Jin begged himself back to KAT-TUN and there were petition (signed by Kame and Jin million times with fake names+millions of fans+Jin's troop) to Johnny to let Jin back to the band and they succeeded.
Not only the fans, but the members changed also.
Surely Kame couldn't jump and do acrobatic moves on stage anymore, he was glad he could still move. Nakamaru was brought onto the stage with a stretch bed, but he jumped off of it (he is idol after all) but tried not to drop the microphone because of his trembling hands.
Ueda was long not bald anymore, he had very long white hair and was always sitting next to the piano even when he didn't have to play. He couldn't really stand up.
Koki's raps started to begin slower as the time passed, but he was still kind of fit.
Junno still didn't forget his slogan: Iriguchi deguchi Taguchi desu, but this was almost the only phase he could pronounce correctly.
The one who didn't really change was Akanishi. Surely he grew old, but his habits stayed the same. He was not really singing when being young either, he was living for his hobby: ogling Kamenashi on stage forgetting to sing and everything at the time being.
This didn't change during the years. Only one thing changed: Jin bought a real glass instead of the fake ones so he saw Kame better.
The youngest (age 78) of the band already stopped lecturing his husband. Yes, husband. They married 60 years ago in Los Angeles in secret and no matter what they said during the long years fans never believed them, so Johnny allowed them to live with each other.
Real Face began and the guys tried their best not to fall. Koki's rap was slow, he was a bit out of rhythm, but adjusted his cap and tried to look cool. A new element of entertainment was added to the show, tho not deliberately. Sometimes even some member's dentures fell out and the audience imitated them. That time all you could hear was falling of dentures onto the floor. If they were lucky enough, they picked their own one. If not...
When it was Junno's part to come he was just smiling widely, not knowing he has to sing and so producers decided to put the mp3 instead and let KAT-TUN playback. When Junno and Akanishi should have sang together it was full silence usually so the mp3 was a good idea really. (Singing and ogling Kame, that Jin could no longer do at the same time. Anyway, he forgot the lyrics of songs long ago.)
The playback went quite weird, they didn't move their mouth right, Nakamaru slipped in his long shiny skirt-like costume and fell, dentures falling to the audience where the fans screamed like hell. The best present ever!
Kame was the only one who tried to be as fit as he could, singing every part he still could. However, singing alone instead of 6 was too much for him and he was the happiest when the song ended. Every group sang only one song, but even this caused fans to die from excitement. Not everyone's heart could stand the passion of seeing their favorites.
KAT-TUN went backstage, giving the stage to the 80 years old Yamapi (whose name turned to be YamaPapa during the years).
"Some things just can't change. Akanishi, can you stop ogling Kame for once?" Nakamaru said from his lying position on the stretcher.
The man didn't reply, he was staring at Kame with dreamy eyes.
"Yeah, your eggplant doesn't even work anymore, so why the fuss?" Koki sat down and glared at him.
"It works!" Jin tried to say it as loud as he could, because he couldn't hear his own voice sometimes anymore. And other's voice either. Miraculously he only could hear Kame's very well, but his hearing was very selective, he could hear only the times he was not scolded. Or pretended to hear just that.
"It can't even stand. Mine can." The rapper argued and they glared at each other.
Kame was holding his back and sighed. Some things really never change. No matter how old, KAT-TUN stayed KAT-TUN. Young in soul and hyper at some point.
"Where is Taguchi?" Ueda asked and they all looked around, but didn't find the tallest man.
Then they looked onto the stage and saw Taguchi standing there, with a wide smile (which could really kill). He forgot to come backstage and Yamapi was so blind to not even notice he was there. He was singing Daite Senorita too enthusiastically...of course playback.
At the end of the show the credits were showed.
The last line: Produced by Johnny H. Kitagawa.
Because yes, he was STILL alive, just moved from his Shibuya mansion to a suspicious castle on the top of a hill, and never could be seen during daylight.
