Curry isn't Curry?

So I'm in Bankok Delight today for lunch w/ Mia and the waitress comes to our table. I ask her, "What is the mildest curry you have"? She says, "Malay Curry, the brown curry". So I look at the menu at Malay, point to it and say, "Malay Curry is the mildest?" She says yes, "we can make it hotter or more mild if you like". So I order the lunch
