My my, what violent times we live in.

To those affected by the disappearance of that girl, my heart goes out to you. I truly wish that something so unfortunate hadn't occurred.

But I remain curious. Just who IS this "Akihiro Kurata" that I've heard so much about? He seems like such an unsavory character.

I'm rather curious about this, myself.

Unsavory is the nicest thing anyone's ever said about him. He's a psycho and a killer. Just about everything that's gone wrong in the Digital World that wasn't caused by the Demon Kings? It's his fault.

Oh my.

So that ordeal involving the digimon called "Hououmon"... that was him?

Yep. His fanatic racism against Digimon at its worst. So far, at least.

All that, plus he's more of a threat than all of my worst enemies combined.

Oh really? Is that so?

As near as I can tell, he's a man driven by an inferiority complex. He's unstable, and he's exhibited minor narciscistic behavior as well in everything I've seen and heard of him.

As for his background, that much I'm not sure of, but he seems to have a background in genetics, probably in para-genetics judging by what he's been doing. He's responsible for the assassination Hououmon, the beloved area leader of Tetha, as well as a laundry list of other crimes.

He's... a breed of criminal beyond the norm, and this comes from a woman who lived in a world where spandex and capes are able to be seen riding the monorail during the rush hour commute with everyone else.

Simply put, he's the worst kind of individual out there.

... I see. It seems that a man can go great lengths for self affirmation...

Self-affirmation is one way to look at it, yes.

I do not believe he is beyond redemption, but... I doubt he'd accept any help either.

... And to be honest, I don't think there are many in the digital world who would want to give him the chance, either. It's unfortunate...

Some people are just too far gone, my dear.
