Okay, many people think smoking is the grossest thing ever because they've never experienced quality tobacco. Most people are used to Marlboros (a.k.a. chemicals) or dominican shit (a.k.a. shit). The smell of a quality imported cigar is heavenly. With that said, the stench of stale cigar smoke is absolutely disgusting no matter the quality of the tobacco. Do NOT try to just wait the smell out and hope that it will go away - it won't, it'll just sink into the fabrics, and as it oxidizes it only gets worse. The best thing you can do right now is spray any exposed surfaces with a light coat of febreeze, and then treat the air with an aerosol spray. Go to a drugstore and get a spray that specifically says something like "smoke neutralizing" and mist the car with that - but only after you've treated the car with febreeze. If you don't have any febreeze, mix 2-4 tablespoons of fabric softener (ultra downy clean breeze = amazing for this) with about 3/4ths of a liter of water, put your mixture in a spray bottle and use that.
