Wow, that sure was a novel! Glad to hear you got there okay though (well eventually anyway), but sorry to hear you were so sick! Also good to hear that we're not the only country that deals with delinquent cable guys...grrrr....

I should write a novel on the intracacies of the New York and New Jersey Transit systems, or my observations of the World Trade Center site, or the the amount of people in Manhattan...The history of New York is right in front of you...And it's awesome!
