End of an era...

So, as of today, I no longer own a Porsche. :( I hope she has been a fun and enjoyable car for all that got to ride in her, drive her and look at her. This will be the first time since August of 1997 that I haven't owned a Porsche, so, please provide me with love and support as I get through this hurdle in my life and start to consider new options ( Read more... )

Sure thing, I got your call, but I was unable to answer it. Then again I have also been working late this last week. I'll be at GenCon this weekend, so best bet would be next week. :)

I beg to differ. Then again, the prospect of a Ferrari... :D I mean house! house! Mobile house? RV? Winnebago! THAT would be cool.

In all seriousness it was a good decision given that I'd probably get screwed later by THOUSANDS if I didn't give it up. Sentiment is only worth so much. It's kinda like Ferengi Rule of Acquisition number 109; Dignity and an empty sack is worth the sack.

You will all ways have the memories. And when you are in a good place in life. Like having a house and some spare cash you can get a Porsche that is in better condition. Besides you have had a string of cars that would be most mens mid life crises wet dreams.
