That is so wrong, yet somehow so amazing. Bloody manipulative Sam and his tell no-one stuff.

There should so be a sequel where Cas just can't...well 'rise to the occasion' shall we say, and Dean want's to know why. Then Cas has to decide between explaining how he feels he betrayed Dean with Sam, because he got off even though he didn't want to. Or pretending nothing happened and letting Dean think it's his fault. mmmm Cas angst!
