It seems like Hiro's stuck where he can't get his powers back. I mean, the 'power-back-formula' kind of got burned up. However, he's Hiro and everybody loves him. He's got to get them back somehow, probably from another hero (Ando? Reverse Papa Petrelli?)
I think that if Star Trek tanks, we'll see more Sylar. If it ends up grossing a lot of money...I'm not so sure. Successful, big names actors that people would recognize are just guest stars on Heroes (George Takai, Seth Green, Christopher Eccleston, Gramma Uhura, etc.). I'd LIKE to see Sylar and I think we'll certainly hear a lot about him now that the question of 'who's his daddy?' has been brought out again.
I think that if Star Trek tanks, we'll see more Sylar. Star Trek doesn't even come out until Heroes:Fugitives is almost over. So whether or not we see Sylar for the second half of this season is not dependant on Star Trek.
