Perhaps he'd absorb whatever power Sylar was using at the time? That or it'd be like downloading a whole suite of programs to your PC but only being able to load one at a time.

Peter reminds me of Ultra Boy from the Legion of Super-Heroes, only less beefy and more emo.

I was just discussing this to-day...
I think that if Peter were to touch Sylar, he may get close to his normal powers back... After all, Sylar doens't need to hack people's heads open any more, now that he's learned 'empathy'... And Angela has said that Peter has empathy out the wazoo...

My question is what happens if Sylar gets his hands on Ando...

Most emo-sapiens are immune to their own ability. He would get no benefit. But if he kept his sidekick with him, then he could use it on him.
