Because unlike you, the writers have never seen an episode of this show before in their lives.

Unfortunately, according to the Heroes mobile stuff during the episode, Tim Kring wrote the finale. Which means he's forgotten his own canon. Again.

That would have been very simple...this way it makes it more interesting.

Can Claire's blood bring people back from the dead? The only time I remember the magical blood transfusion being used was when Nathan was crispy and almost dead and Adam saved his life. I was always under the assumption that Claire/Adam could only heal wounds, not be Jesus or turn people into zombies.

Yes. When HRG got shot, they gave him Claire's blood after he was dead and it brought him back.

Ah. In that case, I blame the plotholes.

Supposedly he wasn't dead, just in really deep shit.

Because then we wouldn't have a plot hole big enough to drive a truck through?

Look at it this way: now they still (or once again, depending on perspective) have the threat of the original "Five Years Later" future from Chapter 1.

very true....except without Sylar taking Claire's brain/power, of course.

Well, unless Sylar remembers HE IS SYLAR, which they seem to be threatening with that clock thing.

You can't have your cake and eat it too, show. You've gone and done it, now you have to fire either Pasdar or Quinto. You can't go on using them both. It's your punishment for screwing this up.

Edit: Oh wait, I just realized the reason he can't do this isn't b/c he's not sylar, it's b/c he already has Claire's power. Duh.

I'm fully expecting Nathan/Sylar to start waking up as someone else... Then developing a split personality where he's both Nathan and Sylar... Then having Sylar emerge completely to wreak havoc on the world once again...
