Finished my first two classes at U of Phoenix. A's in both, huzzah! 97 in one class, 94 in another. My final paper, the persuasive paper on why Turkey shouldn't be admitted in the EU scored a 97. Go me! It's good to know I can still write a decent paper after 7 years.

Just overdrew my bank account by 3 cents for milk for G. This means the bank will add a $36 overdraft fee. Wow...$41 for one gallon of milk. Hope it's tasty.

And in other news, I'm still being hounded for $700 from my finaid advisor. NSLDS still hasn't been updated, and it doesn't appear that the finaid advisor is willing to wait till it is ( Read more... )

I have an appointment to take Gabriel to the Speech and Hearing Center downtown tomorrow at 4:00. They’re going to evaluate his speech to see if he needs therapy. They only gave me the option of testing his speech or his hearing; I’d rather they tested both. I’ll ask them tomorrow if they can test his hearing, and if I have to make another ( Read more... )
