Life as I know it
My Mom moved back to ABQ (again) to live with my grandma (who is still in excellent health, but really needs some emotional support after losing my grandpa). Mom was here to be our nanny because two kids in a good daycare cost more than I made at my job. So... Home with new baby
We are home from the hospital now. For those of you we haven't had a chance to talk to yet: Phoenix Isra Czekeli Anderson was born at 2:15 am on January 21, 2009. 5 lbs, 11 oz; 19 inches. Hooray for the Internet
After having dropped off the face of the world (or at least LJ) for six months, I am back! Yes, we have internet at home again. For a quick update: I'm in my 38th week of pregnancy, and about damn ready to be done. I've never been 38 weeks pregnant before (Willow came at 37 weeks, and Kai at 36), so this is all new territory now. I'm waiting ( Read more... ) -

This is partially because B, W, and I moved several weeks ago, and do not have an internet connection at home (silly things like LJ and myspace are blocked at work). I Hate Feeling Helpless
A friend of mine from work has been sick for about three weeks, and was hospitalized yesterday. We don't know exactly what's wrong with her, but she does have ill-controlled type 1 diabetes. She also has two young boys to take care of, in addition to having a full-time job and being a full-time student. The hospital to which she was admitted is ( Read more... ) -

I'd just like to take a moment to say I'm having a good day. I don't think I stop to notice that often enough... and I certainly don't post about it! Work is going well, my family's awesome, D*C is in just over four months. Life is good.
