I bit off more than I could chew with the detox diet so soon after comitting to being 100% raw. I just need to pay more attention to my fat intake and keep it raw. I wish fat didn't taste so dang good!
Tomorrow's goals are: More water Take my vitamins No eating after 6pm (really freakin' hard)
