yes, i know a few basic things! to be able to download from torrent programs, if you are using wifi or another network system, you will need to "forward" the port, which, as i understand it, is just opening the door with a certain number on your computer, so that the torrent program can use that door to download the files. this site: http://portforward.com/ has all the info about how to do a port-forwarding for any model of router/modem. you have to first check your torrent program, to see which port it wants to use, and then forward this port. does it make sense?
