Well, if you just want to crush on him, that's okay. But I don't think that he knows you well enough where if, for example, you asked him out he would say yes.

Also, it sounds like you guys barely know each other. If you tell him you like him, it may effect your.. erm.. accquaintanceship? I say get to know him better, see if he's really your type and that you really like him. Then take a risk.
