+ who has access to a general anasthetic (Novacaine preferably).
+ who has sterilized scissors.
+ who has a masters in oral surgery.

Why?

Because I need my oral frenulum cut.
The webbing under my tongue.
They won't pierce it unless it's cut.

IF YOU KNOW ANYONE WITH THESE QUALIFICATIONS, LET ME KNOW.
