So. Today at 3:00 in the morning I'm starting my diet. I'll eat one thing all day, and I'll stay under 300 calories everyday, although 300 calories is alot. I'll get loads of sleep, and workout whenever I can. If I get hungry, I'll have negative calorie vegetables (such as.. celery, carrots, ect.), but not fruits because they have natural sugars in ( Read more... )

im with you i also have to lose a lot of weight i would love to be 90 but my mom has treaten to send me to a rehab center i'd better gain a few lbs to stay out but i can't take it its all horrible

A rehab center? I hear they put people on pills that make you gain 10 lbs a week!! Scary huh? I would love to be able to get down to 90 <3 It's all about working out, drinking water and keeping busy. Good luck!
