Haha, my journal did that a couple months ago too.. but I think LJ posts entries when they're posted, even if they have a different date to them. (I think...)

they appeared on my list A-OK. i think that crossingtruth is right: they will continue to appear on friends pages in the order they were posted, regardless of what date your computer says it is, as long as you don't check the "backdated entry" box.
