ahh..i always forget to update this.  oh well..anyways so cross country has officially ended :'( its just not gunna be the same anymore...our team pasta party was last friday and that was fun!!! and sectionals was saturday at south jeff...i did alot better than the first time around..about 4 minutes faster lol..trying really does help! i got like
