Special K challenge is mad gross. But if you insist on doing it anyway, just like some veggies or something in there.

yeah i'm not really going to do it. what i meant was, i'm going to eat a bowl of special k for breakfast for 3 days, as well as mass amounts of meat during the day. and then after those 3 days just the meat.
