My post on Mahalia Jackson got one comment and 45 downloads per song. Don't judge the readership by the comments you get. One thing that might help, though, is cutting down the length of your posts. The detail and work you and threv put into your posts is both appreciated and impressive, but a lot of people like to just skim for something that piques their interest and then go from there.

how do you tell how many downloads for each song? i have been wondering if there was a way to do that...and i thought when i started posting people actually liked the length and detail of my posts. at least i remember getting a whole buncha positive response about it at first. oh well..
